Is it really free for 20 guests?+

Yes — completely free for events up to 20 guests. All themes included, all RSVP features included, no credit card required. The $5 only kicks in when your guest list goes over 20.

Why is the paid tier only $5?+

We built Inviteable to be the simplest, most affordable way to send beautiful invitations. We make money on volume — not on confusing coin systems or premium upgrades. Most competitors charge $20–$50 for the same event.

What if I have more than 100 guests?+

Contact us — we'll work with you. For events under 200 guests we can usually accommodate without changing the price.

What's the catch with the free tier?+

No catch. The only difference vs. paid: a small "Powered by Inviteable" footer in emails, and a cap of 20 guests. That's it.

What does the $5 include?+

Everything: all themes, custom image uploads, unlimited guest list edits, email delivery, real-time RSVP dashboard, reminders, thank-you emails, plus-ones, dietary notes, gift registry links, and calendar attachments.

Do I need a subscription?+

No. Pay only when you have an event. No recurring charges, ever.

Is there a refund?+

Yes. If you're not happy with your invitation, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund — no questions asked.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. The only optional add-ons are SMS delivery (priced per message at cost + small margin) and AI-generated custom artwork (coming soon). Everything in the core invitation experience is included in the flat $5.
